Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our returns address
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
